Throughout the week we will be doing different activities such as on-ice practice, off-ice workouts, golf, etc.
Monday/Wednesday Schedule
7:30-8:00am - Drop off (at Rink)
8:15-9:15am - Gym Session
9:45-10:45am - On-Ice Skills Session
11:00-11:30am - Hockey IQ Video Session
11:30-12:15pm - Lunch
1:00-3:30pm - Golf (Pine Creek Golf Course - La Crescent)
4:00pm - Pick up (at Rink)
Tuesday/Thursday Schedule
